We will always try to work with you to make things right as reasonably as possible, as our customers are very important to us! Please understand there are limitations to what we can offer on a case-by-case basis, but we will always try to make things right for both parties as much as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Perishable goods, such as our consumable items, cannot be returned but may be refunded or exchanged if a product is deemed unacceptable after inspection. To complete this process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted. Whereas only a single item is defective or unacceptable, a whole order will not be refunded in addition to the unacceptable item, barring extreme circumstances. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis as necessary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as determined by our payment processor and your bank or credit card company.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit our shop in person to complete the exchange. If you ordered the wrong thing on your order, we are usually happy to swap things around to help accommodate you.
