Carrot Cake Sandwich
(A personal favorite of Tudie herself.) A spiced cookie dough mixed with carrots, raisins, walnuts, candied pecans, and chunks of Stroopwafel, then generously sandwiched with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting and filled with a homemade butterscotch ganache. White chocolate drizzles and cute little sprinkles make it decadent but not too bougie.
